All sales of digital products (including PDF patterns, video tutorials, and masterclasses) are final. Due to their nature, digital items cannot be returned or exchanged once the files have been delivered or made accessible to the customer. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You may return physical products within 14 calendar days of receipt, in line with international consumer protection standards, provided the following conditions are met:
- the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- the original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact;
- the item is not custom-made or personalized;
- the item is not marked as final sale, clearance, or part of special promotions — such products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please email us at
support@wowcrochet.com with:
- your order number;
- the date of receipt;
- the reason for return;
- photos of the item.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions. We cannot accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or returned without prior approval.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged; damaged or inadequate packaging may lead to refusal of the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
