USER AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

ADDENDUM TO THE USER AGREEMENT
TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

This Addendum governs the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and returns of physical products purchased through the website wowbag.shop, and applies in conjunction with the main User Agreement for Digital Products and Website Use. In case of any inconsistency, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail with respect to physical products.

1. ORDERING
1.1 Orders for physical products are placed by adding items to the shopping cart and completing checkout on the website.
1.2 The customer must provide accurate details, including delivery address, recipient’s full name, and contact number.
1.3 An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed, unless otherwise stated on the website or individually agreed with the seller.

2. PAYMENT
2.1 All prices on the website are listed in the applicable currency and include taxes unless otherwise indicated.
2.2 Payment is processed via the available payment systems on the website. Security of transactions is ensured by the respective payment providers.
2.3 Responsibility and liability limitations follow the general provisions of the main User Agreement.

3. DELIVERY
3.1 Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Delivery is carried out through courier or postal services available for your location. Geographic restrictions may apply.
3.3 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed prior to payment. In some cases, shipping may be included in the product price.
3.4 The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

4.2 Returns of products in proper condition are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and tags intact.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 The seller is not responsible for minor discrepancies in color, texture, or appearance due to display settings or individual device characteristics.

6. PERSONAL DATA

9. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
