ORDER PROCESSING FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment. During peak periods or when items require custom preparation, processing may take up to 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the courier service. On average, international delivery takes 3–4 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s workload, customs clearance, and local postal services.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

- Returns of physical products in good condition are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered, and that it retains its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories.
